Prospective Vendors:

New vendors will be accepted on a basis of need and new and diverse wares.

RFM encourages vendors with new and dissimilar products from those already available. Prospective vendors must complete the standard application and return it to the Market Manager. The application includes: a list of products for sale and their origin, with ingredients listed (if applicable); nature of the business (name, location, owner, address); biography of business (ie: mission statement, et cetera); a brief description of booth display; and number of markets to be attended. This letter will then be reviewed by the Market Jury (three randomly chosen RFM members), Market Manager, and Coordinator. RFM encourages locally made products suitable for a farmers' market, as well as vendor diversity. If accepted, and after dues are paid, the new vendor will be allocated a space assignment for the season.
